Community Survival Kit

The Community Survival Kit is a collection of key contact details and information sources.

It has been compiled for people with spinal cord injuries and similar conditions, their families, carers and health professionals to provide useful contacts for services which can assist in the transition from hospital and rehabilitation back into the community.

The Kit is not intended to be a complete guide of all services.  While every effort has been made to ensure that details contained here are correct, we welcome feedback from anyone using the Kit regarding any changes to contact details as well as suggestions for additional services to be included.

The Kit will be updated regularly with the latest version available here.  Please feel free to make copies if you wish.
