It is difficult for people who don't drive to amass the 100 points for proof of identity. In NSW there are three photo IDs available.
NSW Photo Card cards, issued by the RTA, have been made available in response to requests from people who are unable to obtain a driver licence and find it difficult to show who they are in order to access everyday services. Birth Card is a convenient credit card-sized extract of your birth information and is available to anyone whose birth is registered in New South Wales Applicants must present themselves to the Sydney or Newcaste Registry Office. KeyPass, available nationally, is a reliable and convenient form of photo identification. KEYPASS is an accepted ID around Australia as a form of identification for financial transactions.
